- All custom designs, code, and marketing content created by us remain ANJANEYA ENTERPRISES’ intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership rights will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
- We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio (unless client requests otherwise).
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- We are not responsible for downtime caused by hosting providers, third-party tools, or client-side errors.
6. Third-Party Tools & Services
- We may integrate third-party tools (hosting, analytics, payment gateways, etc.) to provide services.
- We are not responsible for their performance, downtime, or policy changes.
7. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- A client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
- Payments are not made as agreed.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANJANEYA ENTERPRISES from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services or violation of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh courts.
